I placed a pick-up order, when will my item/items be ready?
If your order was placed before 3:30 pm your order will be ready the same day. If you placed your order after 3:30 pm your order will be ready the next day excluding Sundays, as the store is closed.
I clicked the "notify me when available button". When will that item be restocked?
When an item is no longer in-stock in your size we offer a "notify me when available button". By pressing this button we will be made aware that you would like this item and we can check our in-store inventory to see if the item is currently on our sales floor, or we may reorder the item, if available, from our vendor. As long as you have clicked the notify button we will notify you as soon as it is purchasable on the site.
Do you have any coupons available?
To be in the know about coupon codes, discounts and sales, you can sign up for our text messages by texting: HIPCHICS to 833-760-1307, like us on Facebook and join our VIP group (hipchicsboutique), or follow us on instagram (@hipchicsboutique). We always post giveaways, coupon codes or promotions in those places first.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email directly from USPS or UPS as soon as your item has shipped. If you have ordered through our store you will need to have provided your email to whomever you spoke with in-store.
Which items are final sale?
We have a final sale section where items discounted 50% or more are final sale. Additionally gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, bralettes and face masks are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Can I use an online gift card in-store and can I use an in-store gift card online?
Currently our online gift cards can only be used online and our in-store gift cards can only be used in-store. Our selling platforms do not interface, nor do our gift card systems at the current time. We hope to have this resolved at some point in the near future.
I have not received my order or shipping confirmation?
First double check your spam or junk folder to ensure your order updates did not get caught in spam. If you still do not see your order email, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get the information to you and check that your email was input correctly into our system.
I placed my order directly on Facebook/Instagram - Why can't I pick up in-store?
If you did direct checkout on Facebook or Instagram, unfortunately there is not an option for in-store pick up - you will be charged shipping.
You can place your order directly on our website or app and choose the in-store pick up option.
