RETURN POLICY:

The following items are final sale and can not be returned to our store/warehouse location:
- Formalwear
- End of sale, final sale items, door busters, or any items with discounts of 30% or more
Items in the Sale section online are FINAL SALE! Even on 30% items!. Items in the Final Sale section are not eligible for a return, these items are final sale.
Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. MUST also have tags attached. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If any item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.
Exchanges: We are unable to offer exchanges at this time due to inventory constantly changing. You can return as usual and repurchase the correct size or item with the store credit issued.
Online Returns: Merchandise purchased online must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of when tracking number says it was delivered to you. Your card will be refunded for the amount paid for the item/items.
- The customer is responsible for any/all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number so that it is easier to keep up with where your package is on its way back to us.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed by our returns department.
- If you send back an item that is not eligible for return it will be the customers responsibility to pay a $4.00 return shipping charge to have it shipped back to them. We will hold non-eligible return items up to 14 days. If the return shipping is not paid within the 14 day time period then we will donate the item to a local charity.
In Store Pickup
- If you select local pickup as your method of delivery, you will have 90 days to pick up your order. Items left after 90 days, will be donated to a local charity.
