BUST
Measure around the fullest part of your bust making sure the tape fits comfortably and is parallel to the floor.
WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist below your rib cage and above the hips making sure the tape fits comfortably and is parallel to the floor.
HIPS
Measure around the widest part of your hips below your waist and above your thigh making sure the tape fits comfortably and is parallel to the floor.

SHIPPING POLICY:
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $99 within the continental United States (excluding APO address). Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
The shipping method you select during checkout will determine how fast your order arrives to you. At Hip Chics, we pride ourselves on your orders leaving our warehouse and coming to you extremely quickly! Standard shipping via USPS takes between 2-6 business days to arrive to you (depending on the delivery location). The First class delivery option we offer is through USPS and takes 1-3 business days (depending on the delivery locations). Our Express shipping is through UPS and takes 1-2 business days. All orders placed by 3:30 pm Monday - Friday are generally shipped out the same day, but are guaranteed to ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3:30 pm will be processed the following business day. No orders are shipped out on the weekends or on National Holidays.
Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded on returned items.
IN-STORE PICK UP (available on our website and app only)
This is a free service and the order can be picked up during our normal business hours. You will receive an order update notifying you when your order is ready for pickup.
Order pick-ups on Saturdays will be filled as long as the order is placed before 3:30 PM.
